TAQA Distribution has entered into an exclusive agreement with ADGM to revolutionize the billing process for residents of Al Maryah and Al Reem Islands. The deal will streamline utility and tenancy-related payments for over 16,000 residents, allowing them to pay both their tenancy fees and utility bills (including power and water) in one convenient bill.
Streamlining Utility Management through Automation
This collaboration aims to enhance the customer experience by automating the entire tenancy process, from lease application to bill payments and account closures. The integration of tenancy fees into the existing utility bill system within ADGM will provide a seamless, digital-first solution that simplifies service management for residents.
The initiative is in alignment with the Abu Dhabi Program for Effortless Customer Experience, ensuring that residents will experience a fully automated journey at every stage of their tenancy. Over the next 12 months, as tenants transition to the new system, they will benefit from improved service efficiency and enhanced ease of payment.
